Privacy Badger seems to be blocking some calls to global.proper.io, and api.quantcast.mgr.consensu.org, which is causing chrome to be unable to get the NonIab vendor list.

That's odd, I just tried disabling Privacy Badger again and it worked for a few page loads and then started popping up again... In any case, disabling JavaScript altogether does break a few page items but is still quite usable for me, and makes me feel slightly better than disabling Privacy Badger for the site.

Incompatible with Privacy Badger. The workaround is to use Incognito mode.
