This is so painful to watch. Another example of TVDB at its best. How hard is it to reinstate a show that could only be deleted by someone with elevated privileges?

The entry at TheMovieDB seems pretty good... https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2288-pris ... uage=en-US

I have tried every combination that I can think of to bring up this series in a site search:
Prison Break, prison break, Prison-Break, prison-break, Prisonbreak, prisonbreak etc

Then the same list via a Google search directed at TVDB - still no sign.
The series ID used to be 75340, but even this brings no results.

Have I missed something?

It has been vandalized / deleted from the database from my understanding so it won't come up on any searches or API calls etc as the data simply isn't there any more

I know you guys are busy, but how long will it take to be recovered? Looking through threads, it seemed to have vanished some time in December and we're now almost half way through February

It was deleted at the start of January this year, not December.
I don't have information on when it will be restored.

Thanks for that, I like answers even if they are 'I dont know'. As for the month, I'm sorry there was another thread that started in December re Prison Break, so I mixed the 2 up - i apologise.

There is no reason this should not have been fixed the day it happened.
If TheTVDB is truly this poorly run, there are larger issues we should be discussing here than a rogue actor deleting a tv show.

It was not a rogue actor, but a human error.
I agree that there needs to be a method to recover in these rare cases and I have mentioned that I would like one.
