Lock Unikitty series down?

Every time I look at Unikitty the episode order is completely changed for the latest season and sometimes even episodes in the previous season. I don't why it keeps getting changed, maybe a couple people keep fighting over the order of episodes? Can an admin lock it and have someone officially take it over? I'm not sure the process to decide on what gets locked or not, but I'm getting tired of having to renumber my episodes constantly!

Yeah we can lock it. What is the correct Order? Do you have a valid Source?

It is listed as a Cartoon Network show and here's their page for it. (Only seems that Season 3 currently lists all the episodes. Might need a membership to see all episodes from all the seasons?) Does that count as valid/official?
