Metadata not fetched of tv-shows.

Dear Support,

My Plex on my synology can not fetch the metadata of the TV show's I have:

Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men

&

What's My Name: Muhammad Ali

The example of the filename's are:

Wu-Tang.Clan.Of.Mics.and.Men.S01E01.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb

&

What's.My.Name.Muhammad.Ali.s01e01.2019.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTG

Does anybody know, which are the correct name's, so the metadata will be fetched?

Or is it because these titles contain's a ":"?

I cannot add a ":" in the filenames on my synology, because it's not supported.

Plex expects a certain naming convention (https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming ... how-files/). Update the file names and see it fixes the issue.
