Almost all of the specials need to be moved into their respective seasons.

The Unseen Bits and Best Bits are clearly officially part of their respective seasons (they don't have episode numbers in red but they do say 10/11 and 11/11)
The only actual specials are the "At Christmas" episodes, the Children in Need charity special, and the Comic Relief special.

As the user at the bottom says, leaving the Unseen/Best Bits in the Specials is contradictory with your policies.
