The tvshow "Apocalypse: Verdun" is marked as an special of "Apocalypse: World War I", but I think it may be wrong:

- "Apocalypse: World War I" is a 2014 show of 5 50' episodes with an "Apocalypse: Verdun" alias: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/apocalypse-world-war-i
- "Apocalypse: Verdun" is marked as a 50' special of the previous show: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/apocalyp ... es/5688886
- But actually "Apocalypse: Verdun" is a different, 2016 tv show, comprised of 2 50' episodes, "The carnage" and "The Illusion", see https://docuwiki.net/index.php?title=Ap ... :_Series_1. I suppose they made also a 50' version and that caused the mistake.
- There is a different IMDB entry for each Apocalypse WWI and Apocalypse Verdun show: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3638584/ and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5263734 (the "verdun" one does not cite episodes, just the show)
- There are many other distinct "Apocalypse" shows, both in TheTVDB and IMDB, for example https://www.thetvdb.com/series/apocalyp ... -1945-1991 https://www.thetvdb.com/series/apocalyp ... impossible https://www.thetvdb.com/series/apocalypse-stalin etc. I do not think there would be correct to mark some of them as "specials" for the others (if so, "Stalin" would be a special for "cold war", or for "world war II"? If there were a "Vietnam" show, would that be a special for cold war? if they then made also a Diem Biem Phu one, would that be a special of the special?)

So I think is a better solution to remove the alias "Apocalypse: Verdun" from "Apocalypse: World War I" (the 50' special may or may not be maintained) and allow the creation of an "Apocalypse: Verdun" entry as a distinct tv show.

Thanks and I am sorry if this was already discussed and the current solution was adopted then, but I just found a discussion that changed the 50' version of "Apocalypse: Verdun" from movie to special of "Apocalypse Worl War I" and if it was just that, I think what I propose is better.

Please review the website rules regarding sources of truth, they are linked at the top of the page in the bright pink, hard to miss box. Note that IMDb and wikis are only allowed as last resorts (they are databases that anyone with an account can edit and are therefore unreliable, IMDB will also show you information based on your location when this website requires information from the original country/airing).

I would think you would be able to find sources to back up or refute your claims from the France 2 website. A quick glance at the website and it seems that they consider all the Apocalypse series to be different seasons of the same show. But more research needs to be done.
