Edit Translations - German (Deutsch) missing

I maybe blind because my caffeine is not on the supposed level, but where is the option to add/edit German Translations?
For example, Legends of Tomorrow Season 4, https://www.thetvdb.com/series/dcs-lege ... official/4, the first episode has a German Title, the second episode not (but the description is available in German). I know for sure that these were available previously because Kodi showed them.
Now when I wanted to add them under Edit Translations to add the German title, German is not in the list of languages to select.
However, Doctor Who (2005) has the option to edit German
What happened?

If an Episode is locked (which is in that Case) exisiting Translations doesn´t show up under the editable Translations. If something´s missing post the Details here and we will add it.

Thanks, I did this already with another TV Show, viewtopic.php?f=14&t=67011, but also read that translation requests may take weeks to be added.
I noticed the series is locked, but could it be considered to unlock on a season level if the information of a season is not complete?
Not sure whether the database would offer this possibility.

I don´t want to override the Decision from another Mod who has locked it. Please post the Edits here and i will add it. I will also do the Translations from the other Thread later this Day.
