I have an account, but when I go to edit it does not give me the option of editing the Title. The only editing options I have are:

Thanks, Edit Translations worked. Seems odd that it's there, I mean makes sense since the one I'm editing is originally in another language, but I was expecting to have to submit the correct kanji using google translate until it matched the image.

I'm sorry if my question was out of order, I had seen similar posts & assumed it alright. I'm not really sure what "via PN" means, but I read the Anouncements & guides I thought applied but couldn't find a "Rules" one. If you wouldn't mind could you provide a link?
