Translation for "Genre" and "Rating"

Postby anderbytes » Thu Mar 31, 2016 8:16 pm

I'm a Brazilian user and I need to make a suggestion that would benefit foreign users like me.

In Series Info, the fields "Genre" and "Rating" only have English values possible.

Could it be possible to let us edit specific country variatons of those values?

In my case (pt-BR):
RATING -> L , 10 , 12 , 14 , 16 , 18
GENRES -> Comédia (as Comedy) , Aventura (as Adventure), Ação (as Action), etc...etc...

This way... a simple translation for each country would allow us to query correct rating info that is useful to us and see genres in our language, without being forced to hard-code translations in each app it will act as client.

Thanks!

I don't know what you expect us to say.

The current site revision doesn't support this.
There's no ETA on the next site revision, which could support something like this, but isn't known at this time.

Sorry for taking too long to answer.

Your answer was not what I expected but... OK.
If at least this could be inserted in next release, I'd be grateful.
