Ok Arthur Season 1 is finished. Take a look and let me know if it is ok. I just shifted around stuff by copying and pasting so no major changes. Occasionally there were summaries that were cut off (It appears there is a character limit so I assume that is what happened). I noticed they came from TV.com so I re-pasted from there so the summary is complete. I kept the production code and absolute number. Also all of the episodes originally had images so now every other episode has an image. I also noticed some had a numbering in the summary like the following but some did not.

#10101 "Episode Title"
Episode Summary

#10102 "Episode Title"
Episode Summary

I made all of the summaries with this format for consistency.

I think I found a good way to do it. I started by renumbering everything with odd numbers (works as long as there are two episodes together). Then I added all of the evens as blanks. After that I used two instances of the series opened with split screen/ dual monitor and copied from one side (odd episode) to the other (even episode) and saved them both. This seemed to make it go by pretty quick.
So if it is easier for an admin to renumber as such, I think that makes it quicker for me to split the episodes.

Looks great but doesn't seem necessary to have the title in the description so I removed them and locked the series (episode images can still be uploaded). Also moved the writer and storyboarder(?) out of the description and into the writer fields.
Whichever way is easier for you to do it is fine, doing a great job so far.

Ok I will take a look at what you did and try keeping it that way from now on thanks. I will continue posting on here when a season is completed.

Ok I added a movie that was listed on TV.com that was not in here as a special. It is titled "Arthur's Missing Pal". I just wanted to make sure it is considered a special and it is correct.

I messed up on Season 11 and there are a few blanks. Can you remove them?

Arthur Season 14-16 are completed. I added 5 episodes to Season 16 making it up to date. I used TV.com for the air dates and descriptions. The PBS site only lists up to season 14. http://www.pbs.org/parents/arthur/sched ... sc1_3.html

Question I'm gathering you trust TVGuide.com as a more reliable source than TV.com. I was checking over Arthur using TVGuide.com. Especially since I have made corrections and added episodes.

We have the following listed as
Season 4 Episode 5 Buster's Breathless Aired 1999-09-20
Season 4 Episode 6 The Fright Stuff Aired 1999-09-20

TVGuide.com has it aired at a different date but still will the same episodes. In fact those two episodes appear to have aired out of order according to TVGuide.com
Season 4 Episode 5 Buster's Breathless Aired 1999-10-07
Season 4 Episode 6 The Fright Stuff Aired 1999-10-07

Who is right?
