Stand up comedy stuff listed under actor name?

Postby alltimemarr » Fri Jun 09, 2017 12:14 pm

Is that allowed? O.o

All seem like... "movies" (or well: Netflix specials, or live recordings brought to DVD/broadcasted on TV) to me. Or well, far from TV shows, lol. (lol whut, she's awesome though~ And Freezing Hot is missing, haha!)

I just saw this on Trakt when I searched for Drop Dead Diva and I thought wth, so yeah. I can't find anything in the rules about it being allowed... only why it would *not* be allowed.

"A series is exactly what it sounds like, a sequence of shows. If a show on TV isn't a series, it doesn't belong here, with the exception of documentaries (see "Documentaries" in this post). This means that made-for-TV movies, single episode specials, and the like should not be listed on theTVdb."
"Movie Serials are not allowed on the database, They are better served by IMDB or another movie database." (although, these aren't serials, but totally stand alone)

Yes, we do allow stand-up programmes, provided they were aired. The are listed under the comedian name.
