"Whoops, looks like something went wrong." when adding an episode to Simply K-Pop

The series https://thetvdb.com/series/simply-k-pop appears to be bugged. Whenever attempting to click the add episode button on any season, it gives the error message "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." This is not an issue on my end, because I can add episodes to other shows just fine, and attempting to add episodes to Simply KPop in another browser still presents issues.
