SQL error when trying to translate

Postby rssxa » Mon Dec 03, 2018 6:30 pm

Hello

Not sure if it's a general bug, but when I want to translate the following show (Manage translations):
https://www.thetvdb.com/series/habet

I get a SQL error: "An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT *,............................... etc."

Now sure if there's anything I can do to make this function again?

Hi, I've tried it and you've done well, I'm sure you'll?

Ignore him. I would guess he is a spammer.

Same type of problem when trying to add/edit current episode translation :

Code: Select all

An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT *, (SELECT translation FROM translation_episodename WHERE episodeid=? AND languageid=languages.id) AS episodename, (SELECT translation FROM translation_episodeoverview WHERE episodeid=? AND languageid=languages.id) AS episodeoverview FROM languages ORDER BY name' with params ["6940743", "6940743"]: SQLSTATE[21000]: Cardinality violation: 1242 Subquery returns more than 1 row

Hello,

I'm trying to convert strings in an SQL database into DateTime values.

23/01/2019 16:34:32
24/01/2019 07:53:44
24/01/2019 09:59:57
24/01/2019 12:57:14
24/01/2019 12:48:49
24/01/2019 13:04:17
24/01/2019 13:15:47
24/01/2019 13:21:02
24/01/2019 14:01:28
24/01/2019 14:02:22
24/01/2019 14:02:51

They are stored as strings, unfortunately.
And I want to convert them to DateTime

SELECT CONVERT(DateTime, analysed, 103 )
FROM OIL_SAMPLE_UPLOAD

However, I get this message when I run the query

The conversion of a varchar data type to a DateTime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

Presumably, because some values are badly formed (although I am yet to spot any of these)
