Can someone review the policy for lost season 1 ending?

Postby dmc84 » Sun Nov 04, 2018 12:14 am

Hi,

I've put in a request for change but it was denied because "it aired that way". I've asked for clarification on how it is different to many other shows that airs 2 episodes back to back and yet theTVDB splits them. Considering the series is released on DVD and Bluray which also list the season 1 finale as three parts. Most other sources like google and IMDB list it as 3 parts, and it feels like theTVDB isn't changing it because of the policy, not because it doesn't make sense.

To me all indications are it should be changed:
- Run time,
- Standard other shows use to split
- Other sources (IMDB, forums, wiki)
- Official DVD and Bluray listing
and the only reason to keep it is the way it aired 13 years ago on abc (who have since de-listed it on their website leaving no current official web-source).

I hope you can see why this policy doesn't make sense and should be changed.
