tv show Candice Renoir (id 268895) episodes 1x08 and also 2x01 are 4:3 and I cannot upolad right images

also episodes 2x01 and 2x03 of Undercover (2011) id:248051 have thumbs of 4:3 that i cannot replace.

Rather than creating a new thread I'll add here that a little more effort should be put into thumbnails for new episodes. This weekend two brilliant episodes from new series have aired, For All Mankind and The Mandalorian & what's the artwork - a closeup of the flight director & some insignificant character who did little more than hiss at every other character for the episode respectively, and that's after last weeks stunning work on episode 5 of Mando featuring an engineer who was insignificant to the episode plot. Seriously I might as well have Plex auto generate a thumbnail from a random frame
