How do i get all episodes for a large series for example 'Star Trek The Next Generation', 7 seasons 178 episodes?

I perform a request for the episodes for a given series, however even though a series may have over 100 episodes, the json i get back has a maximum of 100 episodes

You get 100 episodes per page. In order to get the next 100 you will need to query for the next page.
