Appreciate the response. I didn't see it listed in the "Known Issues & Log Status" so I was not sure if they were aware of the new problem with it.

i think the problems will continue to be fixed in the background, at least i see the data coming in slowly on tvtime now. Besides, it's christmas and there is less work. Also theTVdb team should enjoy their private lives.

How is this being fixed exactly.. just noticed this problem. On Ducktales (2017) for example, episode 17 of season 2 comes last in the XML, after episode 24.
The XML seems to sort on the internal tvdb episode id, and 17 has a higher id than 24.

I've asked about this issue back on Dec. 5th and still wonder..will this ever get ticketed to be fixed? Previous poster even showed a case where the epsiode index is out of order. Even Season0 seems to be all over the place out of order in the en.xml. I'm explaining this problem on a routine basis for months to the Kodi communities when it's asked. Please TVDB..can we get this looked at?

You even gave a perfect case example of episodes being out of order and yet not a single reply to the problem. I've been asking for months on this. Have you looked at Season order? Season0 is seldom first, use to be. The problem with this index now being wrong is in kodi for things like Trakt Progress. We get the last episode watched from trakt api but then fetch the next indexed item in the en.xml so it's 50% wrong now.

These TVDB people are as bad at taking care of their "customers" as Comcast, the most hated company in America!

It's unbelievable that we're still having so many TVDB issues after all this time! You're lucky you don't work for me, you'd all be unemployed.
