@devian: Please contact me ,I will send you the updated code for api (if you have that mistake isu) ,it's working now also they either solved cloudflare's problem or we will have this problem every a while [probably it's happening when load goes high and blocks all types of api requests]

if not then yours also should work now , that cloudfront error is gone

now that I created new script which gets correct tvdb code
I am getting several cases like

both are Cops
please tell me where I need to report such cases?

The case you point out is not respecting the rules of naming. If two series share the same name, the one added later to the database needs the year in parentheses.
Additionally, I think it's just the wrong name for the series in question.
I have adjusted the translations.
