You should ask support@tvtime.com

It not only has to do with TV Time; with SeriesGuide there is the same problem...

@AFawzat: if you should contact them and get an answer, please let know something here.

About the problems with SeriesGuide, I've found the solution now ! Even if a poster does not have any text on it, always add a language when you add the poster on TheTVDB (eg. English in common). Then the posters are visible in that app, maybe it will work also for TV Time.

In case that you uploaded the posters yourself on TheTVDB: if you don't have the original posters on your computer anymore, first download them from the website here. Then you can delete the current poster by going to the dashboard of your profile, go the 'Site Content' and then 'Artwork'. Search for the poster and delete them by clicking on the arrow on the right upper corner. Then upload the poster again and do not forget to set a language now. Hope it solves your problem, AFawzat !

No, that as not a solution, because we will delete posters, that are tagged incorrectly. If a picture does not have a language, you do not set a language.

Instead you should contact the app you are you using and ask them to fix it and not make our work intentionally more difficult.

And I would appreciate it if you would not suggest this in other threads as you have done as a fix for third-party apps. Because this is something the apps needs to fix and not users to add wrong data to thetvdb.

Well, if you add the original title into the poster and add the corresponding language, there seems to be no problem anymore, I presume.
