Re: v1 season/episodes now out of order in xml

The entire xml would have to be resorted client side before we attempt to get the next item in the key index to correct the problem. It would just be nice for us to know if this will be put back as it once was or it will remain in the out of order state is is NOW? The order has absolutely been chan...

Re: The Chilling Adeventures of Sabrina S02

Like Christy said, Netflix ordered 20 episodes for the first season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina , and released them in two equal parts: Part 1 (ten episodes) and Part 2 (another ten episodes). On TheTVDB, we list these first twenty episodes as part of Season 1 , because we don't subscribe to ...

Re: https://thetvdb.com/series/338947

Please search the board. There are numerous threads why the episodes are listed they way they are, just as recent as today. And just for the fun of it: https://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=62134&p=169663#p169663 We will not change it. And none of the posts have given a satisfying answer o...

Re: How can I use Kodi to recognise parts as seasons?

I don't know if I should laugh or cry about this whole situation. what are mods thinking? just swallow your pride and rename the show to the correct seasons already.. "rename the episodes to the tvdb names" ?? jesus christ Hence why we combine the part in seasons as they are intended. I haven't been...

Re: Wrong sort order when searching

It is based on word matches. You do receive "Pawn Stars" in a search, it's just not the first one. Employing a popularity ranking would make it the first, as opposed to some of the less popular franchises. I would expect any exact match to be displayed first always, and popularity sorting for the r...

Re: Is API down at the moment

Hi there, we have recently pushed a fix and we're seeing the API back to normal now. Please continue to report if you see any other errors. Thanks so much. Seems to work overall, but still getting empty XML files on some specific shows in v1. Have rerun update several times and the same shows comes...

Re: v1 season/episodes now out of order in xml

How is this being fixed exactly.. just noticed this problem. On Ducktales (2017) for example, episode 17 of season 2 comes last in the XML, after episode 24. The XML seems to sort on the internal tvdb episode id, and 17 has a higher id than 24. <Episode> <id>7317028</id> <Combined_episodenumber>23</...

So API v1 seems to be working mostly now. Still getting empty XML for some shows though so not entirely fixed yet.

Re: Is API down at the moment

yes, something is definitely wrong. I'm getting empty XML files from API v1 myself.
Lots of other users reporting similar issues with all api versions aswell as the site itself.
