Re: v3 UPDATE 11/17/19 9 am PST

Thank you for the update. Is there any update on why the /series/{id} endpoint has gone down on all API versions over the last 24-48 hrs? Thank you. I'm wondering on that as well... I wrapped that endpoint call in a try-catch in the meanwhile, so that at least my import continues to work for the ep...

I'm still unclear how to actually specify the API version using the accept header. Can anyone help me understand?
Normally you should be able to set the 'Accept' header with the correct version.

Eg (php):

Code: Select all

$headers['Accept'] = 'application/vnd.thetvdb.v3.0.0';

Re: v3 UPDATE

Yes, I have the exact same issue.

Retrieving a series by ID using the 3.0.0 version of the API returns a 404 not found for any series I try.

Re: API V2.x Discussion

Greetings, I've tried to use swagger.json for new API to autogenerate some client code and realized that swagger definition is incorrect. Specifically, /search/series returns an object with "data" field that is an array of Series object, and not a single object as swagger.json says. What I can do t...

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars - Episodes with no associated seasons

Someone added 3 episodes that were originally listed under season 4. As season 4 wasn't started yet, the first one was deleted, but nr. 2 & 3 are still in the API, and have no season id associated. Can a moderator delete these? https://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=episode&seriesid=263380&seasonid=762923&id=...

Re: API V2.x Discussion

Another thing which I just encountered:

The model for Series says that seriesId is an integer, but the query yields a string:

Code: Select all

"data": {
    "id": 343949,
    // ...
    "seriesId": "343949",
    // ...
}
This is rather annoying unfortunately...

Re: [URGENT] Users trolling

If someone edits the series info between the time someone spots it and the actual troll, there's no way to see that for us I guess... Is there a list of edits available, or just the last person that edited the series?
