I've been trying to figure out how to add a show alias, but there doesn't seem to be a way on the website.
If I click the "show/hide edit" link on a show page, there is a place to "Show Alias Names" but no place, it seems, to add them.

I was going to add one for the show "Young Justice" (http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=192061&lid=7). The second season is also known as "Young Justice: Invasion" so I was going to add that.

Only mods can add aliases. I've added this one for you.
Please note that due to the current limitations of the site, these aliases are only searchable on the site itself and not through the API. This means you can't scrape for the alias name instead, for example.

Ok. I see. Are there plans to allow regular users to add aliases in the future?

We'll most likely allow normal users to add aliases with the new site. Everything will be tracked and we can roll back errors easily so it'll allow us to keep it a little more opened.

Of course in this case, we will be using the new feature to alias a season, correct?

Seasons will be allowed names on the new site. It wouldn't be a series alias.
