I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for getting the final episode of season 4 to scrap properly.

The DVD has Daybreak broken down into two separate parts and the site has it listed that way as well. Ep 19 and 20. The DVD order is listed as 19.1 and 19.2 All the different naming combination I have tried are just ignored for S04E20.

It looks like I would have to merge the two episodes, but clearly TVDB has it listed as two separate episodes. Any suggestions?

Thanks

What program are you using and are you scraping the dvd order?

I'll make some assumptions and say you need to name your file S04E19E20 - Daybreak.mkv

I am using XBMC and TVDB for scraping. I tried setting XBMC with DVD order and absolute numbering as well. No luck.

Naming the file to S04E19E20 will not work because they are not a single file, but even if they were not the scraper completely ignores S04E20. Just for the heck of it I went ahead and named the file S04E19E20 and it did not work either.

S04E19-20 would only work if you scraped by aired order I believe. DVD order is expecting one file covering both episodes marked as E19.
Can you merge the files at all?

Oh, I think I read that as you wanted us to merge the entry.
If you've got them as separate files then as you should be good to go. Sounds like you're scraping it in DVD order (which would explain why you get 19 and not 20). Make sure it's scraping aired order and try it again. If that doesn't work then I'd think you'll have to take it up over at XBMC. Good luck

Nope, I have 2 episodes and 2 files. S04E19 and S04E20. I can not get S04E20 to scrape with dvd order or absolute ordering. Does anyone reading this have it successfully scraped that can post it please? :D

Ok... Clearly there is something I am doing wrong. I just came across the same problem with a specials episode of Babylon 5 Voices in the Dark. The exact same problem.

Again, I have tried setting the TVDB add-on within XBMC to dvd order and absolute ordering with no success.

If I have scraping set to absolute ordering what are the rules for naming conventions? Could that be the problem?

Within the TVDB add on? Maybe that's the problem.
Go to the XBMC main menu
select 'Videos'
choose the series folder in question.
Press c (context menu)
choose 'Change content'
press 'settings'
Tick 'DVD order'
remove from library mode and rescan

Tried that too. I even made a new folder on another drive, copied Ep 19 and 20 to a new location for a fresh scrape, add source, set the content and tried with "dvd order" and "absolute ordering" to that specific folder with the same results. Ep 19 is found, but not 20.
I saw an old thread on the XBMC forums to this same problem with no resolution as well, so I know I am not the only one.

I have successfully scraped about 4,000 episodes of various tv shows without a problem until now. Perhaps someone who has successfully scraped BSG can chime in and give advice?
