However according to the bright colors it must be extremely dangerous, maybe poisonous.

There's no such thing as macra

Looks like a blue crab to me. Travelling with ballast water they now live almost everywhere -- even in the Baltic Sea -- but they are native to the western edge of the Atlantic ocean and the gulf of Mexico. Oh, and they're delicious!
There is only one known poisonous crustacean, Speleonectes atlantida. It is eyeless, has poisonous fangs and lives off the Canary Islands.
