The English speaking world does not use the Japanese pronunciation when talking about the series they use the English translation of it.

Those aren't valid sources, but you do have a valid request. :p For anime we use the English title in the following order:

1. Japanese-English Title: This is where the title is already in english when released in Japan and overrules a translated or renamed for english release title.
2. Official English Title: This is where the anime has been packaged for sale or airing in english speaking countries and is used most of the time.
3. Translated English Title: This can be either a common or sometimes literal english translation of the japanese title as listed on ANN or MAL. (both of which ARE valid sources)

The Japanese titles are usually then added as aliases to prevent duplicates from being added.
If none of the above versions of an English title are available we then default to the romanized Japanese name.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann should just be Gurren Lagann also. Only IMDB says Tengen Toppa which is wrong. IMDB should not be considered a valid source for anime less than wiki in my opinion...

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the original Japanese name, so we'll just leave it as is per my guidelines. Changing it to Gurren Lagan which isn't more English than it was to begin with is pointless. Also next time link to the series as well so I don't have to search for them... big red box at the top mentions this btw as well as the need for the sources I requested.
