I came here because I couldn't figure out why my Family Guy wasn't scraping properly. I got started on this list http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=bannerrequests and well, things have got out of hand since then.

XBMC was not scraping episodes correctly so I initially came to the site to find out why. I found the site extremely useful and the best of its kind so I continued to use it for years. Eventually I thought it was about time to start contributing too which lead me to start helping out in general. I just wish I was able to put more time in but lately real life has got in the way. I hope to be a more active in the future so in the mean time please excuse me when I disappear for months on end. :)

Some idiot kept putting the place titles in 'The Amazing Race' episodes. I kept fixing them. They kept (and still do, I can't want to track them down) reverting.
So I started a thread here, and eventually got it fixed and locked.
Note: I didn't include links and sources in my first request!

Later, I came back to add air dates to episodes of Caprica, I believe, which were unaired in America, but had aired in Canada.
Hikaricore gave me a spanking, but I stuck around.

Once I started seriously getting using my PC as an HTPC I saw a real need for having my series organized. At the time I was running MediaBrowser and I was trying to figure out a way to organize all my series so they would look nice and clean. I don't remember exactly how but I think it was a plugin or a blog or something like that that recommended thetvdb. Been using the site ever since.

Now I'm running MediaPortal and the MP-TVSeries plugin grabs all the data from thetvdb. Love this site!

Hello,

I'm a regular user of online TV for a long time. I discovered your website from another website: http://www.tvweb360.tv/

Great site!
