Hi,

I get the following error message when trying to add The Big C

Unable to look up the show in E:\=. Tv-Rips .=\The Big C_old on TVDB, not using the NFO. Delete .nfo and add manually in the correct language.

Here is the error from the log file

2012-05-26 09:49:10.649000 SHOWQUEUE-ADD :: Error contacting TVDB: Silly upstream module timed out and didn't give a good error. Failed hitting http://www.thetvdb.com/api/9DAF49C96CBF ... 501/en.xml, error message: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'makefile'

Can anybody help on fixing this?

I added it with no error at all.

Now it works. But it was driving me nuts for days...

Although not so much in the past few days, the site has been under heavy load quite a bit recently so getting timeouts/slow responses is not too surprising.
