We are working on testing a reverse proxy server in order to reduce some bandwidth needs at our current location and distribute to another ISP. We are starting with just the banner files. We will probably enable this sometime tomorrow. If you see any issues with banner downloads please let us know.

Thanks,

Firefox/Linux here.
No images, no banners, no posters, no fan art

Things were a bit slow for me yesterday but it's been fine for quite awhile now.

are you running some sort of add blocker or firewall? The address of the image location changed from www. to cache. so if you had a firewall/add blocker configured for www it will need to be updated to include cache.thetvdb.com now as well.

Discussing it with our two sysadmins. It's likely because of the reverse proxy we set up, but I'm not entirely sure. I've linked them to this thread plus forwarded the emails I've received on the matter.

I do run Adblock Plus, but it doesn't bock anything from thetvdb.com. I added a whitelist entry for cache.thetvdb.com -- results are the same, images show up sporadically if I'm lucky.

Edit: tried it with ABP deactivated. Yay, now I get the ad banner on top, but still no images.
