i uploaded episode images for Red vs Blue season 8 which had none, plus a season banner, not long ago, they all show up in TVDb but XBMC wont scrape them. is there a wait period before they will scrape or what?

I had this happen before to. When I did a mass upload of one particular episode I found I had to wait a day or so before they suddenly just scanned in. I'm not sure if this is an intended feature or not, but your certainly not the only one who's ran into this.

Seeing as it's a few days since your post, has this corrected itself yet?

nope, just tried and it still wont scrape. i guess ill have to manually put the pics in which will just be annoying.

what sucks though is i told it to update season 8 only and it updated the whole friggin Red vs Blue show, so now i have to import my backup library file again for the 1200th time trying different ways to get this to work! i REALLY wish there was an option to update only the TV show or movie library and not have to do both every time, cause every time it always messes up the movie fanart and thumbs i use and i have to set them back to what i want!! :x

This sounds more like a local cache issue than anything.
If it's accessible on the site it's accessible through the api in like 10 minutes or less.
