Why was Natsuiro Kiseki (ID 257519) locked for being a duplicate when Natsuiro Kiseki (ID 257745) is according to the ID order created afterwards, has no episode details and only some bad images in Russian uploaded?

Yeah I seem to remember talking to another Mod about this but I guess nothing happened after that.
This was my mistake I think, I added the newer ID without realising it was already in the Database.
The one I added should be deleted, so I'll merge anything relevant from mine into the older one, and unlock it
