This is the specific error I am getting.

2012-06-10 19:42:14.007000 SHOWQUEUE-ADD :: Error contacting TVDB: Could not connect to server http://www.thetvdb.com/api/9DAF49C96CBF ... all/en.xml: (22, "invalid mode ('wb') or filename")

Seems fine to me. What app/program are you using to query it?

I am using Sickbeard. The forum there suggested to report an invalid XML file here. I am trying to add the show to my list of subscribed shows, and this is the error I'm getting. Thanks!

There's nothing we can do for you here. Our site is returning valid xml. The link you provided proves it. If you're still having issues it's not on our end. All we do is provide the xml file and the link you gave is the exact link your app should be using so when you check it in a browser and it's working you know the problem isn't with the website.
