I got My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic season 1 for my kid tonight and he loved it. Thanks. :)

Defying Gravity was great. I think Deadwood had run its course, but was great as well. I also wish Dresden Files had been kept longer, or maybe done a little differently to match the books better. Other than that...

It's pretty good for a remake. I've enjoyed it almost as much as the original.

  • Star Trek Enterprise (I'm that one person that really enjoyed it)

In my mind better than voyager and possibly even DS9 (But I'm a big Scott Bakula fan)
Definitely better than DS9, never really got into that one as much as the others. Was watchable but just didn't have the same magic as TNG which definitely tops my list for Star Trek. TNG was by far the best, then TOS, Enterprise, Voyager and DS9 at the bottom. Don't even mention those fan made shows, I tried watching one with some retard trying to play Kirk (can't remember which one it was) as it was absolutely awful. Shame, as I can't get enough of Star Trek.

has this been officially cancelled again? I know the 5th series just finished airing a couple months back but I hadn't heard it was cancelled again. Maybe the Canadian spinoff will get traction since it's meant to be a companion show with guest spots from the ITV produced series. à la the Law & Order/ CSI or Stargate universes (no pun intended)
I thought it was cancelled last time I checked, but after having another look it appears it may come back in 2013. Didn't know about the Canadian spinoff, gonna be checking than one out. Cheers for the heads up.

Okay I'll give in on stuff I miss. So other than much of what others have listed because these lists are a trip down memory lane

Veng3r mentioned V(2009) but I miss the original more just the right amount of camp
Yeah, the original was great. The Original Mini-Series was by far the best out of the bunch, The Final Battle was good but the TV series that followed went downhill drastically. I only watched a couple of episodes and couldn't stomach it.

Defying Gravity
Human Target (2010)
Quantum Leap - (did I mention I like Scott Bakula)
I loved Defying Gravity and was very disappointed when that got canned. Human Target was good but there was just something missing for me, can't put my finger on it but I just feel it could have been better. Quantum Leap was also good but I think they should have moved the main story along a bit, just a little too much repetition for it to make it to my all time favorites.

Never heard of that until now, looks great. Will definitely be checking that one out. Cheers.

Looks like that Canadian spinoff just got picked up http://www.tv-eh.com/2011/09/15/space-orders-primeval-new-world/ So if it follows normal Canadian production schedules we should see it late spring early summer next year. And if the Press release is accurate in that characters and storylines will move between the original and new series it bodes pretty well for more episodes of the original as well.

They could have gone at least one more season as alot of the characters in Deadwood went on to other things the show never got into...I'd have liked to seen them finish the characters stories. i.e. Seth Bullock's acquaintance with Teddy Roosevelt, and his confrontation with Wyatt Earp...Al Swearengen's death in Denver, Co...Sol Star serving in the Legislator...Calamity Jane in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show...

I have about 20 shows that I always record and watch. Then I just keep adding as new shows come out. A lot of shows other users already listed. By far my most favorite show that ever came out was CAPRICA. When I heard it was cancelled I really got depressed. I thought the writing, acting was just excellent. It covered life, religion, technology, so much that other shows don't even come close to. When Caprica was cancelled they said Blood and Chrome is coming out. Yea, like 2 friggin years later idiot. The networks LOVE to stretch these things out. If Blood and Chrome ever make it to TV they will have a 2 hour episode, like a mini-series thing. Then they'll wait months later to start airing the standard episodes which then makes everyone not interested anymore cause they forgot. Are these TV networks idiots or what?

I watch a lot of random crap here and there, but mostly, I'm watching a lot of gratuitous sex. Boss. There is so much unnecessary sex in it, it's not even funny. Normally, my show of choice is Boardwalk Empire though. I eat that up.
